Since then, the supermodel has been everywhere from the cover of Cosmopolitan to her food-loving blog, So Delushious. So what does the stunning beauty to keep her body looking healthy and sexy? (It’s probably not what you think).
As a Sports Illustrated model and so on, you’d think that Chrissy would have a crazy workout regimen with an equally intense diet—think again! In a recent Reddit “Ask Me Anything” session, this was her response to a use asking about her slim physique: “I work out very hard for a very brief period of time before a shoot. Maybe a week before and then never again until the next one (I don’t condone this, just being honest here haha).”
Ok, not exactly what we were thinking. But when Chrissy does get her sweat on she prefers Physique 57 classes to help tone her body. These workouts pour out all the harmful toxins from her body and bestows her a sleeker and curvier look. She’s also a fan of group workouts!
The brunette beauty also tried her legs at SoulCycle, but quickly learned it wasn’t her cup of tea—she quit after twenty minutes!
And while the 29 year-old is a firm believer in indulging in the foods you love—salty foods are her guilty pleasure—she opts to stay on strict diets before her shoots by trimming down the consumption of high carb, processed, junk, and other unhealthy foods. Chrissy relies on high protein foods such as two eggs with turkey, bacon and avocados. But once the stress of the shoots are behind her, she’ll treat herself with favorite snacks.
