Heidi Klum is forty and fabulous!
The supermodel and mother of four continues to show the world that she’s still got it thanks to her longtime dedication to health and fitness.
So what does Heidi do to maintain her toned physique?
Like her fellow age-defying supermodels Elle Macpherson, 49, and Christie Brinkley, 59, Heidi stays in tip top shape by following a clean, healthy diet and working out almost daily.
The blond, 5-foot-9 beauty enjoys running, usually logging about four miles every morning. She also does strength-training doing lunges, step-ups and rows, along with belly-targeting exercises to keep her midriff toned.
While many people fear old age, Heidi chooses to embrace it and is comfortable with aging having no interest in plastic surgery.
“I don’t think of getting older as looking better or worse; it’s just different,” Heidi told Glamour. “You change, and that’s OK. Life is about change.” We couldn’t have said it better ourselves!
She also avoids processed foods, trying to start each morning with fresh fruit juice. Throughout the day she consumes plenty of vegetables and nutritious home-cooked meals.
Heidi has managed to stay on top of the super-competitive modeling industry for over 20 years always looking radiant and fit thanks to her self-discipline and healthy lifestyle.
