This LiveRite shake recipe goes out to Linda Vertlieb of FrugalPhillyMom.com. She’s one of our new bloggers at Lucille Roberts Bala Cynwyd. She just had her first training session with trainer Ben today, and she mentioned on Twitter that her muscles are feeling sore (not unusual when you’re starting a new workout routine).
Adding extra potassium to your diet can help ease sore muscles. Because bananas are high in potassium, we thought this LiveRite shake recipe would be perfect for Linda–and for anyone else who’s feeling a little worn out after a hard workout!
