What’s not the love about Olivia Munn? The 33-year-old actress plays Sloan Sabbith, the sassy economist and ACN anchor on the HBO hit TV series, “The Newsroom,” flawlessly and has shown off her stunning curves is glossies like Men’s Fitness and Vanity Fair.
We all can’t get enough of the Oklahoma-born beauty and for good reason. She’s smart, funny, gorgeous, and has a rockin’ bod. We also can’t help but appreciate her humble personality too!
So how exactly does the TV star maintain her physique?
Olivia, who comes from Chinese, German and Irish heritage, has admitted that it took a lot to get her to where she is. “I hate working out. I really hate it. Even if there was a fire I probably wouldn’t run. I’d just kind of, like, jog out,” Munn explained to Conan on NBC’s “Late Night with Conan O’Brien” back in July. We totally understand.
Working out can be a downer at times, but she finally realized that if you don’t use your muscles, “they die.” She decided to hire a trainer to whip her into shape. While Munn warned that she wasn’t about to “run, jump, hike, bike or walk up a hill,” her trainer was up for the challenge and the actress started to see results immediately.
Olivia is a perfect example of sucking it up and getting your butt to the gym no matter how much you’d rather stay home and lounge. To be healthy and fit takes hard work and dedication, but don’t forget to indulge every now and then!
