Despite her not appearing in last night’s annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, Miranda Kerr is by far one of our favorite VS Angels.
At 30, the supermodel is looking better than ever even with all of the media frenzy on her recent split with hubby, Orlando Bloom. Aside from all the drama, Miranda has managed to maintain her phenomenal shape thanks to an organic diet and daily yoga workouts.
The 5-foot-9 Australian beauty is a long time fitness fanatic who makes good health her top priority. She says, “the secret to true beauty is what you put in your body — from good food to happy thoughts.”
Having recently graced the cover of Self magazine, Miranda dished secrets on her diet and what keeps her looking and feeling her best.
“For breakfast, I’ll have either eggs with sauerkraut and avocado, or oatmeal with honey and goat’s milk. For lunch, I’ll have grilled fish and a salad with kale, spinach, broccoli, fennel, avocado, pine nuts and feta cheese. Dinner is lentil soup and steamed vegetables or roasted chicken.”
When she’s not busy eating right, Kerr is often working out. While running and boxing are among her favorite ways to stay in shape, she says yoga is a crucial part of her workout regimen.
“Yoga is at the core of my health and wellness routine, even if it’s only for 10 to 15 minutes,” she said. “I find it helps me to re-center and to focus as well as improve my overall core strength.”
Keep it up, Miranda!
