This creamy smoothie has everything you could possibly crave in a fall treat. Full of flavor and texture from the crunchy nuts, you’ll enjoy if from the very last drop!
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 baked sweet potato, scooped out
- 1 cup almond milk or low-fat milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tablespoon pecans
- 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite
Directions:
- Place all of the ingredients into a strong blender and pulse on low until thick and creamy. Garnish with more crushed pecans
