Our friends at Udi’s Gluten Free recently sent us a sampler package of their amazing and tasty gluten-free goodies to try out. I may not be gluten intolerant or follow a strict gluten-free diet, but I loved all of these products – especially their line of granola!
Here are two ways that I incorporated Udi’s Gluten Free granola into my healthy breakfast routine!…
My first creation used the Sweet & Fruity Cranberry Granola. My inspiration came from an image I saw floating around on Tumblr of a yummy looking banana covered with peanut butter and a granola topping.
After cutting a banana in half, I spread about a tablespoon (divided) of all-natural peanut butter on each half of the banana. With a drizzle of honey and topped with Udi’s Cranberry Granola, this made the perfect mid-morning snack. The sweetness from the banana, the salty peanut butter and the crunchy granola were a great mix!
I would try out this easy snack with the children in your family. It may get messy, but get them involved by having them sprinkle the granola on the banana to their liking.
Plain, non-fat yogurt can get pretty boring – trust me, I know. That’s why I am all about toppings when it comes to spicing up this breakfast staple. This morning, I mixed in the Udi’s Gluten-Free Blueberrry Cashew Granola Clusters into my non-fat greek yogurt and the end result was amazingly good!
For this breakfast bowl I used about a cup of greek yogurt, 1/2 a banana, a few dashes of cinnamon, and Udi’s granola clusters as the finishing touch. The clusters added a much needed crunch to the smooth yogurt.

Eating gluten-free doesn’t have to be bland or boring, and Udi’s line of products is proof of that. Check out some of the goodies they offer below and give them a try!
