Lucille Roberts® “Schwinn ® Giveaway” Official Rules
Eligibility: The “Schwinn® Giveaway” is open only to members and guests at all participating Lucille Roberts® clubs and who are ages 16+ or older as of the June 1st 2017.
The giveaway is only open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Lucille Roberts, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

The Schwinn® giveaway is hosted by Lucille Roberts® and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook® and Instagram®
“Entrant” or “Entrants” shall refer to an individual or individuals that have signed up to participate in the giveaway according to the Official Rules herein.
“Giveaway” or “Giveaways” shall refer to the current giveaway, which is a promotion designed to increase engagement with fans and members by making it easy for them to enter and to potentially win non-cash prizes and recognition for doing so.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Entrant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Lucille Roberts® as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Giveaway.
Giveaway Period: Giveaway period starts June 1st 7:00am EST and ends June 30th 11:59pm EST. Entries for the giveaway are determinant on the space availability open on June 1st.
How to Enter:
The rules to enter current giveaway falls into two categories: Lucille Roberts® members and Non- Lucille Roberts® members; i.e. guests, miss tours etc.
Rules for Lucille Roberts® Members
First entrants must agree to sign the poster sheet available at all participating Lucille Roberts® gyms. Physical raffle tickets will be used for the entry process of the giveaway. In order to earn raffle tickets to enter the giveaway the following must be done:
How to enter win raffle tickets to enter giveaway:
Members have to initial the Schwinn® Giveaway workout sheet.

- 15 visits for the month = 4 raffle tickets
- 20 visits for the month = 6 raffle tickets
- 24 visits for the month = 8 raffle tickets
- Text and share guest pass with a friend guest pass = 1 raffle tickets
- Get a friend to join = 3 raffle tickets
Additional ways to earn a raffle tickets
- If you like or follow on both Schwinn and LR on Facebook® or Instagram® = 1 raffle ticket
- Host mini challenges in your club for the giveaway and tell members they can get 1 raffle ticket
- Post a picture on Instagram of yourself working out in at LR and tag #lucilleroberts and #schwinn = 1 raffle ticket
- Post a picture of yourself on Instagram riding a bike with your helmet on and tag #lucilleroberts and #schwinn = 1 raffle ticket
- Post a picture of yourself on Instagram wearing a LR shirt and tag #lucilleroberts and #schwinn = 1 raffle ticket
NON members can win raffle tickets too. Here is how to enter:
- Anyone who requests a tour or comes in as a guest = 1 raffle ticket.
- Anyone who joins Lucille Roberts = 3 raffle tickets
The giveaway must be entered by following the rules stated above; there is no online entry form for this giveaway. The entry must fulfill all giveaway requirements, as specified above, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Lucille Roberts®
You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Lucille Roberts.

Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prizes shall be solely determined by Lucille Roberts. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Lucille Roberts® discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Lucille Roberts® to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Winner Selection and Notification:
Winners are subject to verification of identity and eligibility for the giveaway under these Rules. Unless otherwise noted under the discretion of Lucille Roberts, winners must be current members in good standing to receive prizes. Winners may be required to supply Sponsors with his/her legal name, mailing address, birth date, and daytime and nighttime telephone numbers.
Winners are solely responsible for all taxes and/or fees that may be incurred. Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings, prizes are non-transferable, may not be exchanged for cash or any other items, and are deemed to have no cash value. If a specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Sponsors may substitute a prize of like or equal value.
Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Lucille Roberts. Winner will be notified by enter means of notification; email or telephone within 7 days following selection of Winner. Lucille Roberts® shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT Lucille Roberts® SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE GIVEAWAY, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

Rights Granted by You: By entering the content to enter giveaway i.e. photo, video, text, etc. You understand and agree that Lucille Roberts, anyone acting on behalf of Lucille Roberts, and Lucille Roberts’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes. Without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. Optional verbiage for Contests: By entering this content, You represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, You will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Lucille Roberts. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, You shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lucille Roberts® from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which Lucille Roberts® may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right.
Terms & Conditions: Lucille Roberts® reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Lucille Roberts’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In such case, Lucille Roberts® may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Lucille Roberts®. Lucille Roberts® reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Lucille Roberts® has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Giveaway, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Giveaway rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, Lucille Roberts® reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Lucille Roberts® and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of New York. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Rules, Entrants rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsors in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York.
