I was honest in my first post about the struggle I had during my first training session. I wanted to just give up. It was hard, and I felt outside of my comfort zone. Here I am one week later, since then I’ve had 2 more sessions, and what I can tell you is that it actually gets better.
First, I’d like to tell you how much I like my trainer Ben. He has that balance of fun and seriousness. You can tell that he cares about you reaching your goals and there’s no way that he’s letting you get away with not giving 100% effort. With that said, after my first session, I was extremely nervous about my second one. I was actually dreading it. I couldn’t believe how great my second session was.
I not going to say I could have done it all day, but I can say that I was so much more comfortable with the exercises. I wasn’t worried about looking funny or doing the wrong thing. My first session was intense because that was my first real workout in a very long time and boy were my muscles in a shock! That’s where I learned that Lucille Roberts LiveRite shakes come in. They are a great way to help you recover from your workout quickly.
Once the soreness got better I started feeling muscles I never felt before. I knew I was on the right track. Quitting is not an option now. I love this feeling. I can’t see the results, but I can already feel it. Having a trainer has helped me focus on getting fit properly by working the correct areas of my body the right way. The first session might be more difficult than you expected, but I’m telling you that it gets better. –Linda Vertlieb, FrugalPhillyMom.com
