Mornings are not the easiest for everyone—especially when you have multiple factors working against you. Whether your AM cup of joe hasn’t kicked in, you got a flat tire on your commute, the kids are cooperating, or you just woke up on the wrong side of the bed, you may need something to help kick off your day the right way.
How do you do that you ask? Well, for starters, your morning coffee just won’t cut it. We also know that working out is probably the last thing on your mind when trying to hit the snooze button, but trust us it could be just what you need.
The below “Everyday Wake-Up” Workout is incredibly simple to do before you jump-start your morning. We suggest doing so before you shower or have breakfast too.
You can do however many sets you’d like depending on how you feel when you get up—but always remember to stretch beforehand!
