Raise your hand if you want sexy abs to rock with your new summer bikini! We know we do! And we know your abdominal region is one of the hardest to work and see results—and it’s usually the most desired place to tone on your body.
So, if the crunches and planks just aren’t cutting it for you, we may have the answer to your struggles! While crunches, planks, and other beneficial ab-toning exercises are good options to add into your workout routine, there are a variety of other moves that you should try too.
We know yoga isn’t for everyone (I’ve been trying to hop of the band wagon for years), these known-to-be relaxing workouts can be amazing for your core. One of our favorites being Fingertip Abs.

“Lie flat on your back with your legs straight up in the air. Keep your right leg up and lower your left leg until it hovers above the ground. As you exhale, curl your head and chest off the ground and extend your arms forward. Hold this position or, if possible, join your fingertips together in front of your right hamstring. Repeat with the opposite leg.”
