The BET Awards, which brings out the best of the best in hip hop, rap, and even pop music, also brought stylish fashion moments from some of our favorites in the industry.

1. Nicki Minaj – When it comes to Nicki’s outfits and performances, everything is usually pretty over the top—which we can’t help but love! But the rap star kept it toned down with her chic black zip up dress while walking the red carpet with her mom.
2. Rihanna – We were super bummed that the “Bitch Better Have My Money” singer skipped the red carpet and went straight to her seat (her MET Gala ensemble anyone?). But even when bypassing the cameras, Rihanna stunned in just a gold suit top—no pants, no shirt, no nothing! She killed it!

3. Gabrielle Union – Making a solo appearance on the red carpet without hubby Dwayne Wade, Gabby slayed in a black sparkly cut-out gown. With a sleek do and just the right amount of jewels, the “Being Mary Jane” star made the perfect statement: FIERCE.

4. Ciara – Showing off her new man Russell Wilson, the “I Bet” songstress and NFL quarterback coordinated outfits on BET’s red carpet. Ciara wore a plunging gold number and matched Russell’s detailed suit jacket. #RelationshipGoals!
