Whether you or your guests need a snack or some dessert, the berries in this smoothie provides plenty of antioxidant power, vitamins, and minerals. And for added benefits, the Greek yogurt provides protein and the coconut contains good fat.
Here’s what you need:
- 1 cup milk (whatever you prefer)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder or extract
- A small amount of honey or preferred sweetener
Note: You can also opt to use frozen fruit.
Blend all ingredients together until smooth—and enjoy!
