(Where you’re from, your favorite hobbies, etc.) My name is Dedra Smith. Just a little about myself, I’m 37 years old and happily married to the man of my dreams for 17 years. I worked for the United States Postal Service for the last 15 years and recently adopted a baby from Nigeria. I love shopping going to the movies and spending family time. I also love spending a lot of time at Lucille Roberts! 2. What is the #1 reason you joined Lucille Roberts? My main reason of joining Lucille Roberts was to have energy for my son that I adopted. 3. What are some personal fitness goals you have and what are you doing to achieve them? Some of my fitness goals is to continue to have perfect test results each time I have blood work done at the doctor. It also makes me feel good knowing I don’t need any medication at all. I am achieving these goals by doing cardio 6 days a week and strength training 3 times a week. 4. What things have contributed the most towards your weight loss? The things that mostly contributed towards my weight loss is seeing my family and friends working hard at losing the
weight by exercising and staying motivated. 5. What advice do you have for women who are trying to lose weight and meet their fitness goals? My advice to women who are trying to meet their fitness goal is stay focused, motivated and determined. There are going to be days where you just don’t feel up to working out, but tomorrow is a brand new day!
