We’re loving this tart Cranberry Pear smoothie for autumn. It’s not news to us that cranberries also help with UTI’s (Urinary Tract Infections), so that is just added bonus.
Try this recipe to officially welcome fall:
- 1 cup frozen cranberries
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- 1 pear
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, or milk of choice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp all spice
- 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite
- Throw all of the ingredients into a blender.
- Add a few ice cubes if not thick enough.
