Refreshing and not too sweet this quintessentially “November” shake highlights the best of the season.
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite protein powder
- 6 oz skim milk
Directions:
- Wash and chop the cranberries.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
