Crunchy Sweet Potato & Pecan Weight Loss Smoothie

sweet_potato_smoothie-wmThis creamy smoothie has everything you could possibly crave in a fall treat. Full of flavor and texture from the crunchy nuts, you’ll enjoy if from the very last drop!

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 baked sweet potato, scooped out
  • 1 cup almond milk or low-fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tablespoon pecans
  • 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite

Directions:

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a strong blender and pulse on low until thick and creamy. Garnish with more crushed pecans
