I know its hard to let your flaws show, not everyone is Beyonce and has the mentality of “I Woke Up Like this: Flawless” to go outdoors. The reality is the rest of us prefers a little boost, as you may already know wearing makeup to the gym is downright bad, it will clog pores and cause breakouts, that is the truthful bottom line. (yes it sucks). Some of us risk it and some of us say screw it, who needs makeup at the gym, the purpose is to sweat anyways?
Well in the scenario where we are feeling risky here are a few tips to wearing makeup at the gym without causing breakouts.
Here is what to use:
. Waterproof Mascara: opting for waterproof mascara prevents raccoon eyes when you are too busy sweating while making eyes appear lively. A tip is to lightly apply product and remember the point is to appear awake and not to have false eye lashes.
. Concealer: concealer hides the sleepy, dreary bags found under eyes, use index finger to apply and pat product in, making sure it is blended and there are no crease. A tip is to apply powder lightly on top of concealer so that it sets concealer and prolongs the lasting power.
. Tinted Lip Balm: this adds color to the lips which also enhances your appearance without looking overdone, it also functions to moisturize lips.
