By Barbara Baez @BarbaraMBaez · On August 13, 2013

Katy PerryKaty Perry is back!

With the recent leak of her new song Roar from her upcoming album Prism, the 28-year-old singer is here to stay. Even with her chart topping songs, she still finds the time to stay in shape.

The Firework singer has an amazingly fit body to go along with her bold voice. Katy is known for following a healthy diet and enjoying an active lifestyle. Back in May, Perry shared a photo on Twitter of the many vitamins and supplements she takes. Talk about devotion.

Now that’s not her only fitness secret. As the new face of the healthy Popchips snack, she is a fan of celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak’s Five Factor Diet that focuses on eating five small, nutritious meals and exercising five times a week. The singer also loves staying active exercising five times a week and has recently gotten into hiking.

Check out Katy’s go-to foods to stay healthy on the road:

Soup – Katy is all about light and brothy soups. Broth-based soups are great when they are served hot because you sip them slowly. They are loaded with flavor and surprisingly filling.

Grilled Chicken with Quinoa and Asparagus – We all know grilled chicken to be healthy. Pair it with some veggies and it will be your new go-to meal.

Hummus – When Katy is on the road she loves to snack on hummus and veggies. You won’t regret munching on this.

Popchips – Yup, the spokesperson for this healthy food says they are a tasty and a light snack. You might want to go pick some up.

Fruit – Munching on fruit throughout the day can help you stick to a healthy diet. Katy chooses tangerines while she’s on the road.
