Everyone loves pancakes, but they’re not the healthiest breakfast option out there. Check out this recipe for guilt-free pancakes that are delicious.
Ingredients: 1 Large very ripe Banana. 2 Eggs. Optional: Baking Powder Or Protein Powder. Also optional: adding spices like cinnamon
Directions: Mash the banana into a bowl and whisk together with eggs and other ingredients until combined. Heat a medium skillet and spray with coconut oil. Pour some of the mixture onto the skillet. When the batter bubbles, flip it over.
Final Step: Top with fresh fruit and/or maple syrup and enjoy!
