Christina Aguilera has shed some serious pounds and is not afraid to show it.
As the new cover girl for Maxim, the 32-year-old flaunted her new slimmed down figure. Also appearing on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, she admitted to feeling “sexier than ever!”
The singer has had her highs and lows when it comes to weight loss so she decided to take a healthier approach to her body makeover. While some stars commit to a strict fitness plan and diet, Aguilera is not going so hard core.
So what’s Christina’s secret?
Sources close to the “Moves Like Jagger” singer say that she is making herself a priority. She’s been trying new exercises and focusing on things she loves and enjoys rather than stuff to just ‘lose weight.’
It is not always about making it to the gym everyday or staying on a regulated diet. Being emotionally satisfied is also a big factor in staying healthy and fit. Aguilera believes that sexiness should be effortless.
In an interview with Marie Claire, The Voice coach said, “I’ve been criticized for being on both sides of the scale. It’s noise I block out automatically. I love my body.”
