The 40 year-old Brit bombshell has stared in numerous action packed films so keeping her body in fighting-fit shape is imperative. Here’s how she does it:
She Stays On A Healthy Diet
Kate keeps her diet healthy while on set, using the Sunfare at-home delivery service. When she’s at home cooking for herself, a typical day for her involves eggs or oatmeal for breakfast, a chicken or veggie wrap for lunch, and fish and veggies for dinner.
But this superstar beauty gives herself a treat every now and then like other celebs. She never turns down a cupcake or any other sweets she can get her hands on.
She Likes To Vary Workouts
Kate doesn’t like to stick with just one routine. Switching it up is the usual for her. Like Jennifer Aniston, Kate is a long time celeb client of Mandy Ingber, extreme yogi. The actress is dedicated to the practice while also working with other trainers on cardio, circuit training, and core-specific exercises.
Kate takes her fitness training for films very seriously. There is no reason you can’t.
She Keeps It Real
As much as Kate is dedicated, she also knows that a good exercise is hard work. She works out when she has to for her movie roles, but in between you don’t see her heading over to the gym as much. She tends to scale back her fitness routine.
She told Elle UK, “I just can’t make it part of my daily life. I go to the gym when I have to, and if I have to bulk up or slim down for a film, I will.” Good for her. We appreciate how honest she is.
