Think you’re too busy to get a workout in? Imagine how tough it is for Glee star, Lea Michele to schedule a sweat season into her super busy days. Lucky for her, Lea is an extremely driven individual who takes care of her body and mind to live healthfully and happily.
So what does she do to stay fit and fabulous?
For starters, Lea is a big fan of the Nike Training Club app. Obviously, because she is featured on the app with a workout developed specifically for her by Nike trainer Marie Purvis. Did we mention that it’s the ultimate total body training session? And yup, she does all in 15 minutes!

Lea was chosen by the NTC because she combines pure hard work and dedication to achieve the success she has today. No surprise that she is our #WomenCrushWednesday pick!
Aside from her NTC workouts, the 27-year-old actress is always on the go. Lea manages to find ways to make exercise fun by going to the gym, but also exercising in more creative ways such as hiking and biking. She is also a fan of bikram yoga for all you yogis out there.
As for her eating habits, this brunette beauty is extremely conscious of what she consumes. “I believe that what we put into our bodies is important,” she says. The on and off again vegan to vegetarian believes that “you really need to kind of listen to your body” when choosing to eat right. Although, she still likes to enjoy a nice glass of wine here and there.
“I love myself, the way I look, my body,” she told Women’s Health. I guess that’s the most important thing for anyone, being comfortable in your own skin.
