She inspired me to choose a springtime salad recipe filled with fresh ingredients that will make you smell the flowers and feel like spring is in the air. Plus, it’s one of my favorite pairings!
the epitome of the warm weather. With nutritious avocados, antioxidant-rich strawberries, and high-in-calcium spinach, prepare this salad for your first outdoor gathering of the season.
Here’s what you need:
- 2 pints strawberries, cored and cut into quarters
- 6 clementines, peeled and broken into segments
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 2 avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1 package Orange Ginger Vinaigrette Salad Dressing Mix
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon Simply Organic Poppy Seeds
