Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1 15-oz. can pumpkin puree
- 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 heaping tsp. ground nutmeg
- ¼ heaping tsp. ground ginger
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/4 cups + 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup white whole wheat flour
