For a vegan kick, try making these quick Quinoa pizza balls for your guests to enjoy or just to munch on. Here’s what you need:
- 1 cup cooked quinoa (already seasoned with garlic salt)
- 1 cup red beans
- 5-6 fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/3 cup tomato pasta (with Italian herbs, if possible)
- garlic salt to taste
