If you follow the tall, gorgeous Kardashian sister on Instagram, you know how she’s recently gotten serious about her fitness. We’re talking gym pics left and right, people. You go, KoKo!

It’s been a long time coming for Khloe, but she is finally feeling confident in her own skin. Now the Kardashion mogul actually enjoys going to the gym and sweating out her frustrations. “Start small so you don’t get discouraged and give up,” she says.

Like many others, Khloe has become a lover of boxing. It not only works your entire body, but torches serious calories. So that’s how she got those AH-mazing abs…
