Our snack picks for staying on track at the office can help increase your energy levels and feel more productive. These are a few of our favorites:
Fruit: Packing a cup of fruit as a midday snack is a no brainer with all the antioxidants in most. Cutting up your favorites and putting them in Tupperware in the fridge is a good option, or just packing an apple, pear, peach, etc too!
Vegetables: From baby carrots to celery sticks, veggies are one of the snacking options. You can easily find prepackaged options at the supermarket. You could even pack a little hummus as another treat!
Yogurt cup: A super easy snack, yogurt is a rich in protein and healthy option breakfast or lunch. Throw in some fruit from your Tupperware and you’re good to go!
Trail mix: A single-serving of homemade trail mix, including your favorite nuts and dried fruit could keep you going throughout the day. It’ll also be easy to keep tabs of how much you’re eating.
Whole grain crackers: Skip the fried chips and snack on the perfect midday or post-workout option. You’ll get a little bit of crunch with the blend of protein and carbs.
