Post Baby Slim Down Tips From Your Favorite Celebs!

celeb pregnancy bodiesIn honor of Kimye welcoming their first baby girl into the world this past weekend, we felt it was appropriate to share some pregnancy weight loss tips from the ones who do it best.

With a lot of help from their expert trainers, these celebrity moms are able to shed those pounds fast. While it may not be realistic or healthy for real women to lose weight that fast, you can steal some tricks to make them work for you with the O.K from your doctor.  

Treat exercise like an appointment

If you really want to see results, you have to schedule your workouts just as you would a doctor’s visit. Many new moms need to get into the habit of exercising again, even if that means taking a walk during lunch. Halle Berry started working out a few weeks after she gave birth, taking it slow with some cardio and stretching then working her way up to tougher exercises.

Set a firm goal for yourself

Deadlines usually help people complete their goals. Jennifer Lopez signed up for a triathlon. but your goal doesn’t need to be that extreme. Being able to fit into your skinny jeans by your birthday or getting your tummy toned for bathing suit season are great goals. Brainstorm specific ways that will help you achieve your them by squeezing in an extra exercise or going on a walk rather than watching TV.

Get help with food prep/control

Utilize a pre-packaged food program that will help you plan your daily meals and keep you from binge eating. While some of these programs may cost about $10 a day, they can help you lose up to two pounds per week. Tori Spelling turned to NutriSystem for help so it could work for you too!

Take advantage of your living room

Make the most of the materials around the house so you can still stay home with your little one. Ramona Braganza’s workout plan, 321 Baby Bulge Be Gone, a three-phase, three-month system that’s designed to ease new moms back into exercise after pregnancy has been helping celebrity moms from Halle Berry to Jessica Alba. The great thing is that you can complete it right in the comfort of your home.

We’re looking forward to seeing what tips and tricks Kim Kardashian will use while trying to shed her baby weight. We have no doubt that she will get it done in no time just like sister Kourtney. For now, we will keep wondering about the name of Kimye’s baby girl.
