The star of many box office winners, Sanaa Lathan is a timeless beauty who looks as if she hasn’t aged one bit since her “Love & Basketball” days. Now, with her new film, “Best Man Holiday,” opening this Friday, she is back in the spotlight.
On top of her acting success, Sanaa recently turned 42 and is looking more fabulous than ever! So how has she managed to stay this stunning?
Sanaa has said that she was raised to be conscious of the effects of food on the body going through phases of being vegan or trying a new raw-food cleanse. To maintain her figure, she tries to stick to just 1200 calories a day, but of course she allows herself to indulge on her favorite foods.
When it comes to exercise, Sanaa’s obsession is the trampoline. Yeah, we had that same bewildered look on our faces when we heard it too. Seems like fun huh? But if you want to put a little bounce in your step and change up your fitness routine, try investing in one.
