Shake It Off With Taylor Swift's Diet Fitness Tips

From country crooner to major pop star, Taylor Swift has been on fire!

With the recent début of her album 1989, the 25-year-old has stayed on top of the music charts with her 80’s inspired tunes. And that’s not the only thing in her life she’s beasting at—her body is flawless too!

Starting her career at a young age, the blonde beauty learned how to balance her busy schedule and still stay in shape. Keep reading to find out how she does it.

She exercises daily: T Swift probably wouldn’t rock her many amazing red carpet looks (she was one of our best dressed picks at the Grammys!) without her killer figure. Young and full of energy, Taylor makes a point of staying active regularly—especially running. “For me, working out is not so I can get skinny. It’s so that I’m not panting on stage.” To stay in tip-top shape to entertain her fans, she tries to stick a daily routine.

She maintains a healthy diet: Healthy eating is a top priority for this songstress. Touring can take a toll on anyone’s body, so Taylor sticks with salad, yogurt, and healthy sandwiches. But don’t worry, our girl still allows herself cheat with a few of her favorite munchies—baked goods, burgers, and lattes!

She stays positive: Taylor is known for pouring her heart and soul out into her songs, so of course she keeps a journal. She believes that keeping negative feelings bottled up will only hurt you. She writes in her journal to increase self-awareness—this helps to get rid of negative clutter make room for positive change. You go, girl!
