Stretching super easy to do, but for some reason many of us are guilty of neglecting this activity.
You might be surprised to know that a good stretch is just as important as a good workout. While its ideal to stretch after a workout when the body is warm, not doing so before may leave yourself open to injury and the likelihood of pulling a muscle.
Here are three reasons why you need to add this body friendly routine to your fitness regime:
1. Improves flexibility: Overtime, through regular stretches you will find yourself becoming more and more flexible. Similar to strength training consistence is key in order to see results!
