Resistance bands are ideal for people who can’t make it to the gym as often as they’d like along with many other benefits:

1. A cost-effective workout: Whether bought in a set or individually, resistance bands are an inexpensive addition to your home gym equipment.

2. Exercise your whole body: Most of the time, resistance bands come with a list of exercises that will exercise nearly your whole body. The possibilities are endless.

3. Add variety to your workouts: It’s always a good idea to mix up your workouts a bit. Resistance bands can do just that.

4. Combine with other equipment: While these tools are great used on their own, they are also good to add with other props, such as dumbbells.

5. Exercise on the road: Small and portable, resistance bands make the perfect travel buddy for your workouts while on the road.
