Jeanette spills the details on how to get a killer sexy bod like Kelly’s! First she says you have to be dedicated and committed to a healthy lifestyle. Kelly works out five days per week and does a variety of exercises including some of our favorites boot camp and chickboxing. Jeanette says it is important to target every area because targeting one “just makes no sense.”
