What To Do When You Don't Love Your "Love Handles"

The weather is telling us Fall is coming and it’s time to shop for a new wardrobe. And the only thing that can steal the joy of buying a new pair of jeans is seeing an unsightly body part take center stage. Call it what you will, “muffin top” or the more endearing “love handles”, this is one thing we wouldn’t mind seeing less of! But have no fear, these moves will help you break up with your love handles once and for all!

Side Bends

Start with your feet shoulder width apart with your arms at your sides. As you reach down to your toes with one arm, bring your other arm up towards your waist. Alternate sides for 100 reps. Weights are optional!

 Jackknives 

Lay on the floor with your legs straight out. Stretch your arms above your head and point your toes to the ceiling. Raise your arms toward your toes in one swooping motion as you keeping your shoulders off the floor. Then bring your arms and legs back to the starting position. Do 40 reps. 

Standing Twists

Hold a swiss ball with your arms outstretched and knees slightly bent. Isolate your core and make your hips don’t move. Twist to one side then the other for 100 reps. The ball is optional. You can also put your hands on your head!
