Spring is here and it’s time to get outside and soak in the fresh air! Don’t get us wrong—we love our gym time, but not taking advantage of the warm weather would be terrible.
Running outside is one thing, but doing other exercises is another. One of our favorites is the bench push-up. This standard exercise can get boring and dull, but you can switch it up three ways—all you need to do is find a bench at a nearby park and you’re good to go.
This move will target your chest and shoulders. To start, put your feet on the bench (belly down) with your hands on the ground—do 10 push-ups this way. Next, switch and put your feet on the ground with your arms on the bench and do 10 more this way. Finish off with 10 regular push-ups completely on the ground.
