We want you to show some love to your abs this weekend! Mason twists, or Russian twists, will help you get the toned abs you’re craving.
With a kettlebell—or dumbbell if you prefer it—in hand, brace your core, balance on your butt, and form a “V” between your torso and quads. Your torso and quads should stay at approximately 45°. While holding this “V” position, vigorously twist from left to right, touching the ground with the weight on either side.
We suggest doing 2 reps of 25 to feel the burn!
