Getting your fitness on at the gym—or anywhere for that matter—requires at least a few things to help keep you going to success. Whether it’s never forgetting to charge up your iPod or remembering to pack sweat-wicking gear, we want to know what you need to pack in your gym bag to have a successful visit to the gym, run outdoors, etc. Don’t worry, we’ll tell you ours first…
- A bandana to hold our locks out of our faces
- A water bottle (obvi!)
- Sweat-wicking workout clothes (shorts, tank top, sports bra, socks, etc.)
- Hair ties are a must!
- A charged up iPod with headphones
- A towel just in case
- And post-workout snacks (almonds, crackers, etc.)
