Beat The Gloomy Weather With This Smoothie!

We all know the saying: “April showers bring May flowers.” Lets hope so because this weather—at least in the tri-state area has been nothing but dark, damp, and dreary.

To help brighten your day and put a little pep in your step, this smoothie is just what you need with all your favorite delicious fruits (orange-inspired).

Here’s what you need:

  1. 1 mango –peeled, seeded, and cut into

    chunks

  2. 1 banana – peeled and chopped
  3. 1 cup orange juice
  4. 1 cup vanilla yogurt

Blend all ingredients together until smooth and enjoy!
