2. What is the #1 reason you joined Lucille Roberts?
One of the reasons of why I joined Lucille Roberts (LR) was because I love how it is perfectly catered to women’s fitness. Also, I remember that when I was in my teens, my mom used to take me to Lucille Roberts and I absolutely loved their fitness classes! They are fun but at the same time intense and effective! Most women tend to get bored at the gym by always just using the treadmill or simply don’t have any guidance when it comes to working out. I found that the classes here at LR not only helped me to learn work out routines, but I actually looked forward to their classes because I truly enjoyed them. I love how I can always fit a session or two throughout my busy day and how the classes are combined with strength and cardio training. I also loved their friendly staff and affordable memberships. I have built great relationships while attending LR and I love how we all motivate each other to reach out fitness goals.
- Exercising at least 4 times a week
- Following the 80/20 rule (eating 80% healthy & clean and 20% the foods I enjoy), along with drinking a gallon of water a day.
- Implementing really good quality daily supplements, enzymes and protein meal replacement shakes.
