If you’re a pear lover and enjoy switching things up a bit, then this shake is perfect for you. All you need are three ingredients!
- 1 pear
- 2 tsp brown sugar or honey
- 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite
- Slice pear into thick slices & sprinkle with brown sugar or drizzle with honey.
- Place spices in a frying pan and cover, cooking on low-medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Blend with protein powder and skim milk.
