Not only are oranges delicious, they super good for you too! Juicy, sweet and renowned for their concentration of vitamin C, oranges make the perfect snack with an added tangy taste. Vitamin C is the primary water-soluble antioxidant in the body and is vital for the proper function of a healthy immune system. That’s probably why it’s a common go-to for preventing colds.
Here’s what you need —
- 2 fresh oranges, peeled
- 1 cup of ice
- 1/2 cup of milk (whatever you prefer)
- 1 tsp honey or your preferred sweetener
- 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite
Directions —
- Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend till smooth. Add more ice if needed.
