She sweats it out: So how does this busy entertainer stay fit? With the help of trainer Harley Pasternak. Jennifer is all about keeping her workouts fun and intense by keeping her metabolism going and energy high.
She lives a healthy lifestyle: Instead of going down the road crazy dieting, Jennifer decided to do her body right by focusing on portion control and exercising—with the help of Weight Watchers, of course. “It’s a lifestyle change, not a diet,” she said after becoming a Weight Watchers spokesperson in 2010.
She stays positive and happy: Jennifer knows that it’s not all about the number of pound you lose, but rather how comfortable you are in your own skin. She’s always been vocal about having a healthy body image even going from a size 16 to 6. “I liked who I was then and I like who I am now,” she told Ellen.
