Jessica Alba recently shared this fun and slimming recipe with Women’s Health, adding that your figure doesn’t have to suffer just because its officially sweet season! This drink is packed with flavor, but is still diet friendly. Words we always love hearing!
Here’s what you need:
- 2 cups raw organic kale, roughly chopped (organic spinach is also a substitute)
- 1/3 cup organic raspberries
- 1/3 cup organic strawberries, quartered
- 6 oz organic Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
- 1 Tbsp organic raw honey or molasses
- 1 scoop Vanilla Live Rite
- Blend all ingredients together.
- Add filtered water as needed to help the process.
