The image of Halle Berry running on the beach, wearing an orange swim suit, is all that resonates with us after watching the action packed James Bond film (Die Another Day.) Isn’t that ironic? Even after the incessant shooting, bombing and double crossing in the film, an orange bikini is the most outstanding scene.
At age 35, Halle’s body was the most coveted in Hollywood and has been featured 11 times in People magazine’s Most Beautiful Women issue. Now at age 45, her body is still pretty much the same, even though she’s 10 years older and a mother. It leaves us women wondering how does Ms. Berry retain that sexy body of hers? She turns to celebrity trainer and author of 5 Factor Fitness: Harley Pasternak.
Harley says a 25-minute workout done 5 days a week and sticking to a healthy diet consisting of 5 meals (3 meals and 2 snacks) would be effective for your fitness goals. Here is the scoop on Halle Berry’s Bond Girl body!
