Here’s what you need:
- 3 cups almond milk
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 tsp freshly grounded nutmeg
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite
- 2 pitted dates
