Life + Thymez Garlic, Sun-Dried Tomato And Arugula Bowties
Three of my favorite ingredients garlic, sun-dried tomatoes and arugula come together to create yummy dish – ready in under 20 minutes.
Start by slicing garlic. I love garlic, so I use about 4-5 cloves. Saute on low heat for about 5 minutes with only one teaspoon of olive oil. Raise heat a little bit and add sun-dried tomatoes with the oil it comes in. Saute for another 7-10 minutes, allowing time for ingredients to blend together.
Turn off heat and add arugula. Be careful…arugula causes heated oil to sizzle. Use tongs to mix everything together.
Add mixture to bowties and enjoy!
