Plain old spaghetti can get old fast…
Substitute this Spaghetti Squash in for your everyday pasta dish. Enjoy this 4 Oz. cooked spaghetti squash that has 5.5 grams carbohydrate, 2 grams fiber and only 30 calories!
All you need to pick up are a few squash.
Directions:
Cut squash in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membrane.
Put in pre heated oven to 375 and bake 30-40 minutes. Once done, let quash cool, and remove squash from rind by scraping from end to end with a folk. Once removed, squash it will resemble spaghetti. You can now use your squash instead if pasta by adding tomato sauce or Parmesan cheese.
This low carb veggie can replace any pasta dishes you usually make.
