Powerful Pineapple Shake
- Crush 4-6 ice cubes in a blender.
- Add 10-12 0z. of water or 1% milk. (You can substitute almond, soy, coconut, or lactose-free milk.)
- Add 1/2 cup fresh pineapple or 4 oz. of pineapple juice (no sugar added).
- Add 1 scoop of vanilla Live Rite protein.
