It’s the fall season, for all you who have yet to hop on the band wagon. This means cooler weather, pumpkin picking, hay rides, and sweet potato (our fave!).
Sweet potatoes are an excellent source of vitamin A and C as well as a good source of potassium and dietary fiber. You can’t go wrong with this smoothie!
Here’s what you need:
- 8 ounces unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop of Body Lab by Jennifer Lopez Tasty Shakes
- 2 tablespoons organic purred sweet potato
- 1/2 banana
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- Sprinkle of ginger
- Handful of ice
You can even swap the sweet potato for pumpkin for another fall treat!
